If you don't select any available Service Level Agreement for your order, we do grant a 12 month bring in basic warranty.
If a defect comes up, you send the defective part or the whole server over to us at your own costs.
You are responsible to proof what part is defective.
We do repair the server or changing the part.
We ship the repaired/changed parts/servers over to you on our own costs.

Please be aware! There is no changing or replacement upfront available, independently if the defect will come up after delivery on DOA or after 12 month. We do not care about the diag about what's exactly defective. You are responsible to tell us exactly what's defective- In any case it's necessary that you ship the defectives over to us upfront and we do repair or changing the parts afterwards.

Wir tauschen / reparieren die Komponente und senden ihnen diese instandgesetzt wieder zurück. Wir tragen die Versandkosten zu ihnen.

Bsp.: Ein Bauteildefekt tritt an dem von ihnen erworbenen Bauteil / an dem von ihnen erworbenen Server auf, dann senden sie uns das defekte Bauteil oder den ganzen Server zu. Wir senden keine Bauteile/Server vorab zu! Sie senden erst zu uns, dann senden wir wieder an sie zurück. Wir senden keinen Austausch vorab oder Ersatz für den Zeitraum eines Ausfalls. Sie kommen in dem Fall für die Versandkosten auf.

Insofern wir die Komponente am Lager haben senden wir ihnen diese(s) zu. Insofern die Komponente nicht verfügbar ist, evaluieren wir das Bauteil in einem adäquaten Zeitraum oder erstatten ihnen anteilig den Kaufpreis zurück Versandosten für den Versand von uns zu ihnen tragen wir.
