The price covers the working hours of the technician and all broken parts of the server, such as: HDDs, mainboards, PSUs, controllers, RAM, processors, etc. (except batteries).

In case of a defect, a technician will be onsite by the next business day at the latest to replace the defective part.

The technician is not responsible for any driver updates or operating system settings/implementations.

There are no extra costs. Everything is included in the service price.

Parts will be replaced, irrespective of their age.

The service is available worldwide.

If you need this service outside of Germany (DE), the Netherlands (NL), Austria (AT), or Switzerland (CH), please ask for a quote.

The mentioned price is only valid for Germany.
