Price covers the working hours of the technician and all broken parts of the server, such as:

• HDDs
• Mainboards
• PSUs
• Controllers
• RAM
• Processors

Note: Batteries are excluded from the service.

In case of a defect, a technician will be onsite at the latest by the next business day to replace the defective part.

The technician is not responsible for any driver updates or operating system settings/implementations.

No extra costs: Everything is included in the service price.

Parts will be replaced irrespective of their age.

Service available worldwide: If you need this service outside DE, NL, AT, or CH, please ask for a quote.
