Pickup & Return

The price covers all broken parts of the server, such as: HDDs, mainboards, PSUs, controllers, RAM, processors, etc. (except batteries).

In case of a defect, the maintenance company will send you a replacement part.

You need to install the part by yourself and send the defective part back to the maintenance company.

There are no extra costs.

Parts will be replaced, irrespective of their age.

The service is available worldwide.

If you need this service outside of Germany (DE), the Netherlands (NL), Austria (AT), Switzerland (CH), France (FR), Belgium (BE), Italy (I), the Czech Republic (CZ), Poland (PL), or Denmark (DK), please ask for a quote.

The mentioned price is only valid for Germany.
