The price covers the working hours of the technician and all broken parts of the server, such as: HDDs, mainboards, PSUs, controllers, RAM, processors, etc. (except batteries).

In case of a defect, a technician will be onsite no later than the next business day to replace the defective part.

The technician is not responsible for any driver updates or operating system settings/implementations.

There are no extra costs. Everything is included in the service price.

Parts will be replaced, irrespective of their age.

The service is available worldwide.
