Please be aware! There is no changing or replacement upfront available, independently if the defect will come up after delivery on DOA or after 12 month. We do not care about the diag about what's exactly defective. Bsp.: Ein Bauteildefekt tritt an dem von ihnen erworbenen Bauteil / an dem von ihnen erworbenen Server auf, dann senden sie uns das defekte Bauteil oder den ganzen Server zu. Wir senden keine Bauteile/Server vorab zu! Sie senden erst zu uns, dann senden wir wieder an sie zurück. Wir senden keinen Austausch vorab oder Ersatz für den Zeitraum eines Ausfalls. Sie kommen in dem Fall für die Versandkosten auf.

Insofern wir die Komponente am Lager haben senden wir ihnen diese(s) zu. Insofern die Komponente nicht verfügbar ist, evaluieren wir das Bauteil in einem adäquaten Zeitraum oder erstatten ihnen anteilig den Kaufpreis zurück Versandosten für den Versand von uns zu ihnen tragen wir.
