If you do not purchase maintenance/service, a 12-month basic liability for defects applies in accordance with the applicable statutory provisions. This also applies to business customers.
However, this does not include advance replacement of components or on-site service by a technician. In the event of a defect, you evaluate the fault of the component or the server. If it is defective, you send the defective component to us. You are responsible for the shipping costs. We will replace/repair the component and send it back to you repaired.
We will cover the shipping costs. Example: If a component defect occurs in the component/server you purchased, you send us the defective component or the entire server.
We do not send components/servers in advance! You send it to us first, and then we send it back to you. We do not send advance replacements or substitutes for the duration of a failure. In this case, you are responsible for the shipping costs. If we have the component in stock, we will send it to you. If the component is not available, we will evaluate the component within a reasonable timeframe or refund you a portion of the purchase price.

Wenn sie kein Wartung/Service erwerben, gewähren wir eine 12 Monate Basis Gewährleistung gemäss den gesetzlichen Vorgaben zu Gewährleistungen, bei uns auch für Gewerbetreibende. Allerdings beinhaltet die Gewährleistung keinen Vorab Austausch von Komponenten, oder einen Vor-Ort Einsatz eines Technikers

Bei einem Defekt evaluieren sie den Defekt am Bauteil oder am Server. Bei einem Defekt senden sie uns die defekte Komponente zu. Sie tragen die Versandkosten zu uns.

Wir tauschen / reparieren die Komponente und senden ihnen diese instandgesetzt wieder zurück. Wir tragen die Versandkosten zu ihnen.

Bsp.: Ein Bauteildefekt tritt an dem von ihnen erworbenen Bauteil / an dem von ihnen erworbenen Server auf, dann senden sie uns das defekte Bauteil oder den ganzen Server zu. Wir senden keine Bauteile/Server vorab zu! Sie senden erst zu uns, dann senden wir wieder an sie zurück. Wir senden keinen Austausch vorab oder Ersatz für den Zeitraum eines Ausfalls. Sie kommen in dem Fall für die Versandkosten auf.

Insofern wir die Komponente am Lager haben senden wir ihnen diese(s) zu. Insofern die Komponente nicht verfügbar ist, evaluieren wir das Bauteil in einem adäquaten Zeitraum oder erstatten ihnen anteilig den Kaufpreis zurück Versandosten für den Versand von uns zu ihnen tragen wir.
